what we've done here, we've done an upper blepharoplasty which is an eyelid lift. and through that same, i'm able to go inside and lift up the brow, so what i've done is i've complete dissociated the forehead from the bone, so we can actually bring it up higher into a more aesthetic location

so this is called a trans blepharoplasty brow lift where i'm able to lift up the brow through the same cut, without any incisions in the forehead or the hairline what i'm doing now is making a small, tiny little hole in the outer table of the sinus which is an area where you can attach what's called an endotine

the endotine is a small little it's a small little hook, that i'm able to put inside to suspend her brow to a much higher and prettier position gonna put that in now... pops right in as you can see now, the brow is much higher
