venus freeze after smart lipo

my name is angela mauricio. i work withdr. mauricio. i am her lead registered nurse. today we are in dr. tess dermatology centerin la jolla, california. we have had the venus freeze for over a year. we were the first in southern californiato have the treatment. our patients love it. it took over our practice for basicallythe whole year after we brought it in. we started off with one machine. we gota second unit and now we have a third unit. so we have been doing them back-to-back. we do face, neck, chest, and we do thebody treatments. our patients love it. it's comfortable, it's fast,it's easy, it's relaxing.

many of the treatments that we do,as you know, can sometimes be intimidating. they can be scary, they can have downtime. but this treatment is comfortable and theyleave the office already looking better. they have a nice pink glow to the skin,but they can continue their day like normal, which is so important for a lot of these busywomen who come into these types of practices. one patient in particular, we had donea full co2 on her maybe 5 years ago. i had done only six venus freeze treatmentson her and the difference was remarkable. so this is someone who had done the 'big guns'that dermatologist can do. so we did a co2, and all i did was thistreatment, venus freeze. no downtime.

i'm sure she was thinking, "oh you know,this is not going to do much for me." but the results are just unbelievable. the before and after photos they are even beingused right now by the company. they're so good. so the patient is pleased, all of our patientsare very happy with this treatment. from a practitioner's standpoint, i have been inthis industry for about eight years now and i've seen a lot of the changes from thetrends, from having downtime to no downtime. this particular treatment though i think hasit all. there's no downtime. you're going to get results and there is a lotof patient comfort and patient satisfaction. but one thing that i love is the handpiece itself.

look at how light this is. very light, very easyto use. i can do this treatment back-to-back. i remember there was a time wherei was doing this treatment eight hours a day. so it's such a great treatment, and patientsare really impressed too because you can really show them how really graceful you can be withthis. the patient can feel every move you make. every pressure point you're hitting is purposefulthat you are trying to lift up their cheeks, like your trying to sculpt their jaw line,but this is very easy to use, easy to get results and very little fatiguefor the practitioner.
