peninsula thermal driverprinting usps shipping labels from ebay go to the “sold” section of “my ebay”. from the “actions” menu, to the left of the item, select "print shipping label". review the details on the “print postage label” page, making sure you choose usps as the carrier. at the top of the page select "printer and label receipt preferences". on the "label printing preferences" box that appears select "any laser or inkjet printer" from the pop-up. make sure that the "shipping label with receipt and instructions" checkbox is checked. click “save” to save and close the "printer and label receipt preferences" dialog. once all the above steps are completed click the “purchase postage” button.

on the page that loads click the “print label” button. if the print dialog does not open, press command+por select "print" from the "file" menuat the top of the screen. chrome users must select"print using system dialogue..." at the bottomof the chrome print dialog. once the print dialog is opened select your printer. select your country's default paper size. please note:this is not the size you'll be printing the label at. select the pdf drop-down at the bottom left of the print dialog and choose "save as pdf”. save the pdf. remember where you have saved it to . you will need it later.

making sure your thermal printer is plugged in,turned on and connected to your computer,open the thermal printer utility. follow the on-screen steps until you reach “pleasechoose what applications you are printing from”. select "web browser (ie safari, chrome etc.)”. click the "next" button. select “ebay shipping"from the menu. drag and drop the pdf file you downloaded earlierinto the window and select your label size from the drop-down menu. rotate and scale the image using the controls at the bottom of the window... ...and drag to correctly positioned theactual label section of the pdf. when it is correctly positioned, click "save".

so that you can quickly select this printer in future,you can give it a descriptive name. you can make as many other printersas you need, using this procedure, and nameeach one for ease of selection. this one is specifically for ebay shipping labels. when you are happy with the name, click "next". click "add printer". the installation will take a few seconds and thenthe "installation complete" message will show. the printer is now installed and you may closethe thermal printer utility. the setup is now complete. simply return to the ebay website and print your labelsselecting the special ebay printer we just installed.
